Coping with a baby suffering from colic along with the general stresses and strains of parenthood can be difficult and demanding. At times it is easy to feel isolated, but you don't have to cope on your own:

Talk to your partner, friends or relatives and face the problem together. Work out ways to help and support each other.
Get out of the house and talk to other parents or ask you health visitor for details of any local groups or clubs for parents in the community.
Look after yourself by eating healthily- if you're feeling run down you'll be less able to cope.

Contact your health visitor, midwife, doctor or one of the support organisations listed below if you need further help or advice.
