Terms and Conditions

• No purchase necessary.
• The Awards are open to all citizens of the United Kingdom and The Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. Employees of Forest Laboratories UK Ltdand their families or households are not eligible to enter.
• Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges’ is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• Only one person can be nominated per entrant, per category.
• No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be entered for any technical or other reason.
• Forest Laboratories UK ltd will cover the cost of travel and other reasonable costs incurred for the London awards ceremony,any other associated out of pocket expenses incurred in winning the competition are the responsibility of the winner.
• Entries must be submitted by email to Infacol@forest-labs.co.ukand is restricted toone person nominated per entrant, per category.The acceptance, disqualification or deletion of entries, without explanation or prior notification is entirely at the discretion of Forest Laboratories UK Ltd. But as a guide late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, plagiarised, inappropriate or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
• The winner will be selected by Forest Laboratories UK Ltd management, Bounty management and Prima Baby & Pregnancy.
• Any material that breaches copyright, is offensive, defamatory or breaches any English laws will be disqualified.
• All entries must be received by midnight on(31/12/2011.)
• The winners stories may be publicised in the national media. The entrants, winners of the awards and any other person(s) mentioned in the entry must consent to having their name published in the national media.
• Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Forest laboratories UK Ltd, accordingly Forest Laboratories UK Ltd may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the prize or promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Forest laboratories UK Ltd as a result thereof.
• Forest Laboratories UK Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
• Forest Laboratories UK Ltd accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the awards or accepting the prize.
• The Competition will be governed by English law.
• If the allotted winner does not claim their prize within 10 working days of being advised of winning via email, Forest Laboratories UK Ltd reserves the right to re select another winner.
• By entering the competition it will be assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
• Forest Laboratories UK Ltd, save to the extent that disclosure might be required by law, keep confidential all information about the entrants and shall not disclose or share any information which they learn about the entrant.
